spi: Fixes for v3.15
A few driver specific fixes, the main one being the fix for handling of complete callbacks that are open coded in individual drivers to allow callers to omit the completion. As we move things into the core that sort of issue should become less and less common. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1 iQIcBAABAgAGBQJTR8jpAAoJELSic+t+oim9R3YQAJ1SjEGkdZ2T41pASsm1otmW o0mS5j+YSPvW+H7XxOFfGed51Mw+TUKgIrxOutHZOKqYbeqikphbGqOAcRlcmNZ2 H7REdmlYT0EFBd+K2mNDqoOL9c56kxldEzJBXXu9keAJcY358Fl9gOpIz55py+CS ftrf1A6Vvwiyvlk9/AkmR1n+PlRrDP881C1DGK+q4yoHlKbJylqTzkdK/DTO4AgU wSPtK9NAciq6gBjInWwZA83GRioCAk5pvHTyXVn9IcS7g2J7AAtObDg5w8LmZ2GD 1/QS47S6IL5ksdQ464RS6tmQamm422C3KWJuYejJt4UVtlL6QCWeM+baj7HgwbHR /DFs+Zgi2tZABtqo5stOCNl75gr8aOY75M0fc0Hm4OeJlKA5DoxT8aC5mrTT2z+j cF1Ro6v9rHSRm0WE+ZoD3ykyWmjHnoXTNa6Fhy4g8712BdWpEiNnfsTaPvvz7I8w BlKdAoCB2BHPMAzbe2FO/RLsi387rmbDdYP5nSj5iCIKkCMhX2E9XuAnJ1tNhQ+y IsY88DPIr10OXOJht5TPMVY+R+6SJj4yJFRVwJOXjlxJhHcjIBSUSH8v2qp3SEfG sUXR8bacFsE5TRnE2vRx7CsjPUxp3If5X/POmAGURwWOGo3RlUICr9pzbAHyP4xt tOHlGZnutsHv/2ZflCBh =rgeq -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- Merge tag 'spi-v3.15-fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/broonie/spi Pull spi fixes from Mark Brown: "A few driver specific fixes, the main one being the fix for handling of complete callbacks that are open coded in individual drivers to allow callers to omit the completion.
