inet: implement lockless getsockopt(IP_UNICAST_IF)
Add missing READ_ONCE() annotations when reading inet->uc_index Implementing getsockopt(IP_UNICAST_IF) locklessly seems possible, the setsockopt() part might not be possible at the moment.
