mmc: sdhci-esdhc-imx: Remove redundant code for manual tuning

For manual tuning method, already call esdhc_prepare_tuning() config the
necessary registers, so remove the redundant code in esdhc_writew_le() for
SDHCI_HOST_CONTROL2.
