scsi: hpsa: Remove unnecessary pci_disable_pcie_error_reporting() comment
Commit 105a3dbc7452 ("hpsa: clean up driver init") added a comment about pci_disable_pcie_error_reporting(), but hpsa has never called either pci_enable_pcie_error_reporting() or pci_disable_pcie_error_reporting(). Since commit f26e58bf6f54 ("PCI/AER: Enable error reporting when AER is native"), the PCI core is responsible for managing PCIe device error reporting. Remove the comment about pci_disable_pcie_error_reporting().
