kernel.h: unconditionally include asm/div64.h for do_div()
Include asm/div64.h for do_div() usage in DIV_ROUND_DOWN_ULL() and DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST_ULL(). Remove the old CONFIG_LBDAF=y conditional include.
