ARM: dts: sunxi: h3/h5: Update MBUS node

Browse Source 
In order to support memory dynamic frequency scaling (MDFS), the MBUS
binding now requires enumerating more resources. Provide them in the
device tree.

Since the H3 and H5 have different clock divider limits, they need
separate compatibles.
