media: staging: stkwebcam: Restore MEDIA_{USB,CAMERA}_SUPPORT dependencies

By moving support for the USB Syntek DC1125 Camera to staging, the
dependencies on MEDIA_USB_SUPPORT and MEDIA_CAMERA_SUPPORT were lost.
