bpf: Avoid incorrect -EFAULT error in BPF_LOG_KERNEL mode
If verifier log is in BPF_LOG_KERNEL mode, no log->ubuf is expected and it stays NULL throughout entire verification process. Don't erroneously return -EFAULT in such case.
