wifi: rtlwifi: rtl8821ae: phy: remove some useless code

Clang static checker warns:

Value stored to 'v1' is never read [deadcode.DeadStores]
Value stored to 'channel' is never read [deadcode.DeadStores]

Remove them to save some place.
