scsi: ibmvfc: Advertise client support for targetWWPN using v2 commands
The previous patch added support for the targetWWPN field in version 2 MADs and vfcFrame structures. Set the IBMVFC_CAN_SEND_VF_WWPN bit in our capabailites flag during NPIV Login to inform the VIOS that this client supports the feature.
