scsi: lpfc: PLOGI failures during NPIV testing
Local Reject/Invalid RPI errors seen during discovery. Temporary RPI cleanup was occurring regardless of SLI rev. It's only necessary on SLI-4. Adjust the test for whether cleanup is necessary.
