arm64: dts: ti: k3-j721s2-common-proc-board: Enable camera peripherals

CSI cameras are controlled using I2C. On J721S2 Common Processor Board,
this is routed to I2C-5, so enable the instance and the TCA6408
GPIO expander on the bus.
