avr32: configure MCI detect and write protect pins for EVKLCD10x boards
This patch removes the special handling of MCI platform data for EVKLCD10x boards. This is now possible since the pin mask for the LCD controller is no longer reserving the I/O lines used for MCI card detection and write protect.
