This reverts commit e33fdb5a02.
The saa7146-based devices are still in use, esp. for DVB. So move
these drivers back to mainline.

Deprecate the hexium_gemini, hexium_orion, mxb and ttpci saa7146-based
drivers: these drivers do not use the vb2 framework for video streaming,
instead it uses the old videobuf framework.
We want to get rid of these old drivers, so deprecated these for future
removal.

This driver is really old, from devices that aren't
manufactured anymore for more than a decade.
Also, the decoder supports only MPEG2, with is not compatible
with several modern DVB streams.
It is also the only upstream driver relying on the DVB
"full-featured" API.
Some changes at the frontend drivers seem to have broken it
without anybody noticing.
Due to that, it sounds it is time to retire the driver for good.

Fix build when CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV=m and DVB_AV7110=y.
Only build av7110_ir.c when CONFIG_INPUT_EVDEV is compatible with
CONFIG_DVB_AV7110.

Fix a Kconfig warning that appears with allmodconfig on arm:
warning: (DVB_USB_PCTV452E) selects TTPCI_EEPROM which has unmet direct dependencies (MEDIA_SUPPORT && MEDIA_PCI_SUPPORT && MEDIA_DIGITAL_TV_SUPPORT && I2C)

Instead of having 3 options to allow customizing the media
sub-drivers (tuners, I2C drivers, frontends), merge all of
them into just one.
That simplifies the life for users, as they can just keep
this untouched.
Life for developers is also simpler, as there's now just
one Kconfig item to remember, for the ancillary sub-drivers
providing supports for chips that could change from one
board design to another.
