1cf6873a19 ath9k: Remove duplicate variables 
diversity_control and antenna_switch_swap are already
present in ath9k_ops_config. Remove duplicate occurrences
in ath_hw.

39a21951ef ath9k: remove !NULL check before kfree() 
kfree(NULL) works so remove all those branches which check
for it before kfree()'ing on ath9k_hw_rfdetach().
