4e0ab85bb9 AUO-K190x: set the correct runtime-pm state in recover
In the recover function the device gets powercycled and is after
this again active, independent of its previous state.

a1655100dd AUO-K190x: Use correct line length
Previously all functions that used the line length used xres directly,
thus hardcoding a 8bits per pixel value.

This patch calculates the correct line length according to the actual
bits per pixel value and changes all line length users to use the
calculated line length value.

16559ae48c kgdb: remove #include <linux/serial_8250.h> from kgdb.h
There's no reason kgdb.h itself needs to include the 8250 serial port
header file. So push it down to the _very_ limited number of individual
drivers that need the values in that file, and fix up the places where
people really wanted serial_core.h and platform_device.h.

48c68c4f1b Drivers: video: remove __dev* attributes.
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.

This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.

Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

01817d194a drivers/video/auo_k190x.c: drop kfree of devm_kzalloc's data
Using kfree to free data allocated with devm_kzalloc causes double frees.

The semantic patch that fixes this problem is as follows:
(http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/)

// <smpl>
@@
expression x;
@@

x = devm_kzalloc(...)
...
?-kfree(x);
// </smpl>

2c8304d312 video: auo_k190x: add code shared by controller drivers
The AUO-K190X controllers share a very similar set of commands and
can therefore also share most of the driver code.
