During reset the VMMC regulator doesn't reach 0V and only drops to
1.8V, furthermore the pulse width is under 200us whereas the SD
specification expect 1ms.
For this 2 reasons being able to no reset at all the VMMC during warm
reset and keep the current voltage is a good workaround. The TWL6030
allows this but needs to be aware of it and this configuration should
also be shared with the bootloader.
This is the purpose of this new property: ti,retain-on-reset

of_map_mode is needed so to be possible to set initial regulators mode from
the board DTS. Otherwise, for DT boot, regulators are left in their default
state after reset/reboot. Document device specific modes as well.

The TWL6025 was never released beyond sample form and was replaced by
the PhoenixLite range of chips - TWL6032. Change the references to
reference the TWL6032 class and name the registers to twl6032 in line with
an actual released chip name to avoid confusion.
Currently there are no users of TWL6025 in the code.

Due to the lack of a generic clock API we'd had the 32kHz clock in the
regulator driver but this is definitely a Linux-specific thing and now
we have a clock API hopefully the code can be moved elsewhere. Try to
avoid getting DTs deployed relying on the 32kHz clock by removing it
from the bindings, grep seems to tell me it's not currently used anyway.

V1V8 supply most common use is to provide VIO for the system.
V2V1 supply is used on SDP4430/PandaBoards to provide 2.1V to
twl6040, and also as an input to VCXIO_IN, VDAC_IN of twl6030.
Also update the bindings documentation with the new compatible
property for these additional LDOs.

Modify the twl regulator driver to extract the regulator_init_data from
device tree when passed, instead of getting it through platform_data
structures (on non-DT builds)
Also add documentation for TWL regulator specific bindings.
