IPQ5018, IPQ6018 and IPQ8074 require clock-names to be set as driver is
requesting the clock based on it and not index, so document that and make
it required for the listed SoC-s.

Allow using IPQ8074 specific compatible along with the fallback IPQ4019
one in order to be able to specify which compatibles require clocks to
be able to validate them via schema.

Document IPQ6018 compatible that is already being used in the DTS along
with the fallback IPQ4019 compatible as driver itself only gets probed
on IPQ4019 and IPQ5018 compatibles.
This is also required in order to specify which platform require clock to
be defined and validate it in schema.

The new added properties resource "reg" is for configuring
ethernet LDO in the IPQ5018 chipset, the property "clocks"
is for configuring the MDIO clock source frequency.

This doesn't yet do anything in the tools, but make it explicit so we can
check either 'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties' is present
in schemas.
'unevaluatedProperties' is appropriate when including another schema (via
'$ref') and all possible properties and/or child nodes are not
explicitly listed in the schema with the '$ref'.
This is in preparation to add a meta-schema to check for missing
'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties'. This has been a
constant source of review issues.
