752d283a70 [media] tvaudio: convert struct i2c_msg initialization to C99 format 
Convert the struct i2c_msg initialization to C99 format. This makes
maintaining and editing the code simpler. Also helps once other fields
like transferred are added in future.

6a3ca5f551 [media] tvaudio: add back lost tda9875 copyright 
When the separate tda9875 driver was merged into tvaudio the copyright
line of the tda9875 driver was dropped inadvertently. Add it back.
