b8d49f28aa drm/i915/perf: introduce a versioning of the i915-perf uapi

260e6b7127 drm/i915: Pass intel_gt to has-reset? 
As we execute GPU resets on a gt/ basis, and use the intel_gt as the
primary for all other reset functions, also use it for the has-reset?
predicates. Gradually simplifying the churn of pointers.

26f00514d9 drm/i915: Isolate i915_getparam_ioctl() 
This giant switch has tendrils all other the struct and does not fit
in with the rest of the driver bring up and control in i915_drv.c. Push
it to one side so that it can grow in peace.
