The existing bindings cannot be used to specify the relationship
between fsl-mc devices and GIC ITSes.
Add a generic binding for mapping fsl-mc devices to GIC ITSes, using
msi-map property.
In addition, deprecate msi-parent property which no longer makes sense
now that we support translating the MSIs.

Organize driver documentation by device type. Most documents
have fairly verbose yet uninformative names, so let users
first select a well defined device type, and then search for
a particular driver.
While at it rename the section from Vendor drivers to
Hardware drivers. This seems more accurate, besides people
sometimes refer to out-of-tree drivers as vendor drivers.

Documentation/networking/ is full of cryptically named files with
driver documentation. This makes finding interesting information
at a glance really hard. Move all those files into a directory
called device_drivers (since not all drivers are for device) and
fix up references.

The existing IOMMU bindings cannot be used to specify the relationship
between fsl-mc devices and IOMMUs. This patch adds a generic binding for
mapping fsl-mc devices to IOMMUs, using iommu-map property.

-The Freescale Management Complex and all associated objects
use message interrupts, and thus an msi-parent is required.
-Define a ranges property to specify the mapping between
the MC address space and the system address space.
-The fsl-mc node may optionally have dpmac sub-nodes that describe
the relationship between the Ethernet MACs which belong to the MC
and the Ethernet PHYs on the system board.
