Station id needs to be get for data and management frames
to fill in the descruptor for AP mode. Few other changes
related to AP mode are covered here.

The older firmware loading method is not usable by any Redpine chipset.
Hence removing that part of the code. Older firmware image with
rsi_91x.fw name is deprecated

Since the rsi_create_kthread interface does not include any format
string arguments, make sure that the resulting thread name can never
accidentally process the name as a format string.
