9ffc93f203 Remove all #inclusions of asm/system.h 
Remove all #inclusions of asm/system.h preparatory to splitting and killing
it.  Performed with the following command:

perl -p -i -e 's!^#\s*include\s*<asm/system[.]h>.*\n!!' `grep -Irl '^#\s*include\s*<asm/system[.]h>' *`

41de8d4cff drivers/net: Remove alloc_etherdev error messages 
alloc_etherdev has a generic OOM/unable to alloc message.
Remove the duplicative messages after alloc_etherdev calls.

18e635f4b3 plip: Move the PLIP driver 
Move the Parallel Line Internet Protocol (PLIP) driver into
drivers/net/plip/ and make the necessary Kconfig and Makefile changes.
