The version 6 command adds the puncture mask to the PHY
context and is otherwise the same. Support that in the
API definitions, but don't fill it yet.
While at it, also mark the field as removed from the link
context command since it moved from there to PHY context.

The firmware needs to know the esr_transtition_timeout to time the
transition between EMLSR and single radio with the AP.
Add the EMLSR support bit to the wiphy extended capabilities so that
it'll be sent in our association request frame. There are some
limitations in the implementation so we cannot use zero
padding/transition delay; fill the correct values.
Also, feed the medium_synchronization delay to the firmware.

In the following notifications and commands mac_id was replaced
with link_id:
* CANCEL_CHANNEL_SWITCH_CMD
* CHANNEL_SWITCH_START_NOTIF
* CHANNEL_SWITCH_ERROR_NOTIF
The logic around was not changed, so only adjust handling
mac/link id.

The firmware added new fields to be able to pass the link_id as the AP
knows it and the esr_transition_timeout.
For now, pass only the link_id since we don't have access to the
esr_transition_timeout yet.

The firmware split the HE support field into HE and "pseudo HE",
the latter is really for AP and doesn't implement trigger frame
handling for example.
Use the new field for AP mode.

Driver uses link_id as an index in the array. FW currently can
support only 2 concurrently active links per vif with the ids in the
range 0-3. Add a mapping of dirver link ids to fw link id and track the
number of active link ids.

The LINK cmd host api has been updated. Align the driver to the
new changes. Also, temporary use mac_id for link_id.
Using the phy_id as the link_id is wrong since we might have 2 macs
operating on the same phy - in this case we will have 2 different
links (one for each mac) with the same link_id. On the other hand,
since we don't have MLO implemented yet, we won't have 2 different
links of the same mac. Therefore, we can use the mac_id as the
link_id.

related operations (add/remove/aux/disable tx).
Add structures and enum definitions, along with part of the functions
that sends this commands.
This functions will be in used and more will be added in the next patches.

Since FW is now in charge of timing the channel switch, there is no need
to send the add/modify/remove time event command to fw with every (e)CSA
element.
However, the driver needs to cancel the channel switch if the CS start
notification arrives and it does not know about an ongoing channel switch.

A missed VAP notification will be sent from umac when
the station is out of sync with its associated non-transmitted
BSSID. The notification will be sent only if the transmitted
BSSID is an EMA-AP one.
The driver will consider this notification as connection loss.

The firmware has now a new session protection command.
This new API allows the firmware to manage the protection
needed for association. It'll also remove the event when
the association is complete.

When we do channel switch, we used to schedule time events
ourselves. This was offloaded to FW. Support the new command
and flow.

A probe response built by a P2P GO should contain:
1. CSA/eCSA IE when relevant
2. If the corresponding probe request had P2P IE, then
need to add P2P IE with NOA attributes.
However, the NOA attributes and the updated channel switch
counter are known only to the FW. The solution is that FW
will send a notification with the relevant probe response
data and the driver will save it and update the probe
response accordingly.

Apart from DVM, all firmware uses the same base API, and there's
code outside iwlmvm that needs to interact with it. Reflect this
in the source better and reorganize the firmware API to a new
fw/api/ directory.
While at it, split the already pretty large fw-api.h file into a
number of smaller files, going from almost 3k lines in there to
a maximum number of lines less than 1k.
