Add fentry_many_args.c and fexit_many_args.c to test the fentry/fexit
with 7/11 arguments. As this feature is not supported by arm64 yet, we
disable these testcases for arm64 in DENYLIST.aarch64. We can combine
them with fentry_test.c/fexit_test.c when arm64 is supported too.
Correspondingly, add bpf_testmod_fentry_test7() and
bpf_testmod_fentry_test11() to bpf_testmod.c
Meanwhile, add bpf_modify_return_test2() to test_run.c to test the
MODIFY_RETURN with 7 arguments.
Add bpf_testmod_test_struct_arg_7/bpf_testmod_test_struct_arg_7 in
bpf_testmod.c to test the struct in the arguments.
And the testcases passed on x86_64:
./test_progs -t fexit
Summary: 5/14 PASSED, 0 SKIPPED, 0 FAILED
./test_progs -t fentry
Summary: 3/2 PASSED, 0 SKIPPED, 0 FAILED
./test_progs -t modify_return
Summary: 1/0 PASSED, 0 SKIPPED, 0 FAILED
./test_progs -t tracing_struct
Summary: 1/0 PASSED, 0 SKIPPED, 0 FAILED

BPF object files are, in a way, the final artifact produced as part of
the ahead-of-time compilation process. That makes them somewhat special
compared to "regular" object files, which are a intermediate build
artifacts that can typically be removed safely. As such, it can make
sense to name them differently to make it easier to spot this difference
at a glance.
Among others, libbpf-bootstrap [0] has established the extension .bpf.o
for BPF object files. It seems reasonable to follow this example and
establish the same denomination for selftest build artifacts. To that
end, this change adjusts the corresponding part of the build system and
the test programs loading BPF object files to work with .bpf.o files.

Currently the trampoline_count test doesn't include any fmod_ret bpf
programs, fix it to make the test cover all possible trampoline program
types.
Since fmod_ret bpf programs can't be attached to __set_task_comm function,
as it's neither whitelisted for error injection nor a security hook, change
it to bpf_modify_return_test.
This patch also does some other cleanups such as removing duplicate code,
dropping inconsistent comments, etc.

Turn ony libbpf 1.0 mode. Fix all the explicit IS_ERR checks that now will be
broken because libbpf returns NULL on error (and sets errno). Fix
ASSERT_OK_PTR and ASSERT_ERR_PTR to work for both old mode and new modes and
use them throughout selftests. This is trivial to do by using
libbpf_get_error() API that all libbpf users are supposed to use, instead of
IS_ERR checks.
A bunch of checks also did explicit -1 comparison for various fd-returning
APIs. Such checks are replaced with >= 0 or < 0 cases.
There were also few misuses of bpf_object__find_map_by_name() in test_maps.
Those are fixed in this patch as well.
