c0a182b699 [media] tv tuner max2165 driver: extend frequency range 
Extend the frequency range to cover Hong Kong's digital TV broadcasting;
RTHK TV uses 802MHz and is not covered now. Tested on my TV tuner card
"MyGica X8558 Pro".

ccae7af2bf [media] common: move media/common/tuners to media/tuners 
Move the tuners one level up, as the "common" directory will be used
by drivers that are shared between more than one driver.
