554c06ba3e cpuidle: remove en_core_tk_irqen flag
The en_core_tk_irqen flag is set in all the cpuidle driver which
means it is not necessary to specify this flag.

Remove the flag and the code related to it.

194db92fd2 SH: cpuidle: remove CPUIDLE_DRIVER_STATE_START usage
The CPUIDLE_DRIVER_STATE_START constant is only set when the kernel compilation
option CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_CPU_RELAX is set, but this is only relatated to x86, so
it is always zero.

Remove the reference to this constant in the code.

b43a7ffbf3 cpufreq: Notify all policy->cpus in cpufreq_notify_transition()
policy->cpus contains all online cpus that have single shared clock line. And
their frequencies are always updated together.

Many SMP system's cpufreq drivers take care of this in individual drivers but
the best place for this code is in cpufreq core.

This patch modifies cpufreq_notify_transition() to notify frequency change for
all cpus in policy->cpus and hence updates all users of this API.

b67bfe0d42 hlist: drop the node parameter from iterators
I'm not sure why, but the hlist for each entry iterators were conceived

        list_for_each_entry(pos, head, member)

The hlist ones were greedy and wanted an extra parameter:

        hlist_for_each_entry(tpos, pos, head, member)

Why did they need an extra pos parameter? I'm not quite sure. Not only
they don't really need it, it also prevents the iterator from looking
exactly like the list iterator, which is unfortunate.

Besides the semantic patch, there was some manual work required:

 - Fix up the actual hlist iterators in linux/list.h
 - Fix up the declaration of other iterators based on the hlist ones.
 - A very small amount of places were using the 'node' parameter, this
was modified to use 'obj->member' instead.
 - Coccinelle didn't handle the hlist_for_each_entry_safe iterator
properly, so those had to be fixed up manually.

The semantic patch which is mostly the work of Peter Senna Tschudin is here:

7ae1c76ee5 arm-soc: pin muxing for sh-mobile
This is another cleanup series, containing the move of the Renesas
SH-Mobile pin controller code from arch/arm/mach-shmobile over to the
generic pinctrl subsystem, changing it over to the common interfaces in
 the process.

Based on agreement between Olof, Paul Mundt, Linus Walleij and Simon,
we're merging this large branch of pinctrl conversion through arm-soc,
even though it contains the corresponding conversions for arch/sh. Main
reason for this is tight dependencies (that will now mostly be broken)
between the arch/sh and mach-shmobile implementations.

There will be more of this in 3.10 to do device-tree bindings, but this
 is the initial conversion.

3738fa5bbc sh idle: rename global pm_idle to static sh_idle
SH idle code could use some simplification.
This patch enables that by guaranteeing
that "sh_idle" is local, and thus architecture specific.

7e5fc77931 Merge branch 'pfc' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/horms/renesas into next/sh-pinmux
From Simon Horman. Based on agreement between me, Paul Mundt, Linus
Walleij and Simon, we're mergning this large branch of pinctrl conversion
through arm-soc, even though it contains the corresponding conversions
for arch/sh. Main reason for this is tight dependencies (that will now
mostly be broken) between the arch/sh and mach-shmobile implementations.

There will be more of this in 3.10 to do device-tree bindings, but this is
the initial conversion.
