The ad7991/ad7995/ad7999 does not have a configuration register like the
other devices that can be written and read. The configuration is written as
part of the conversion sequence.

Set the threshold to low by default. With this thresholds any movement

Currently, we get the new GSEL bits by OR-ing the old values
with the new ones. This only works first time when the old
values are 0.
Startup:
* GSEL0 = 0, GSEL1 = 0
Set range to 4G: (GSEL0 = 1, GSEL1 = 0)
* GSEL0 = 0 | 1 = 1
* GSEL1 = 0 | 0 = 0
* correct
Change range to 2G: (GSEL0 = 0, GSEL1 = 0)
* GSEL0 = 1 | 0 = 1
* GSEL1 = 0 | 0 = 0
* wrong, GSEL0 should be 0
This has the nice effect that we can use the full scale range,
exported in in_accel_scale_available.

In older versions of the IIO framework it was possible to pass a completely
different set of channels to iio_buffer_register() as the one that is
assigned to the IIO device. Commit 959d2952d124 ("staging:iio: make
iio_sw_buffer_preenable much more general.") introduced a restriction that
requires that the set of channels that is passed to iio_buffer_register() is
a subset of the channels assigned to the IIO device as the IIO core will use
the list of channels that is assigned to the device to lookup a channel by
scan index in iio_compute_scan_bytes(). If it can not find the channel the
function will crash. This patch fixes the issue by making sure that the same
set of channels is assigned to the IIO device and passed to
iio_buffer_register().
Note that we need to remove the IIO_CHAN_INFO_RAW and IIO_CHAN_INFO_SCALE
info attributes from the channels since we don't actually want those to be
registered.
Fixes the following crash:

Because IIO_EV_DIR_* are not bitmasks but enums,
IIO_EV_DIR_RISING | IIO_EV_DIR_FALLING is not equal
with IIO_EV_DIR_EITHER.
This could lead to potential misformatted sysfs attributes
like:

`do_cmd_ioctl()`, the handler for the `COMEDI_CMD` ioctl can incorrectly
call the Comedi subdevice's `do_cmd()` handler with a NULL channel list
pointer. This is a regression as the `do_cmd()` handler has never been
expected to deal with that, leading to a kernel OOPS when it tries to
dereference it.
A NULL channel list pointer is allowed for the `COMEDI_CMDTEST` ioctl,
handled by `do_cmdtest_ioctl()` and the subdevice's `do_cmdtest()`
handler, but not for the `COMEDI_CMD` ioctl and its handlers.
Both `do_cmd_ioctl()` and `do_cmdtest_ioctl()` call
`__comedi_get_user_chanlist()` to copy the channel list from user memory
into dynamically allocated kernel memory and check it for consistency.
That function currently returns 0 if the `user_chanlist` parameter
(pointing to the channel list in user memory) is NULL. That's fine for
`do_cmdtest_ioctl()`, but `do_cmd_ioctl()` incorrectly assumes the
kernel copy of the channel list has been set-up correctly.
Fix it by not allowing the `user_chanlist` parameter to be NULL in
`__comedi_get_user_chanlist()`, and only calling it from
`do_cmdtest_ioctl()` if the parameter is non-NULL.

skb->truesize is not meant to be tracking amount of used bytes
in an skb, but amount of reserved/consumed bytes in memory.
For instance, if we use a single byte in last page fragment,
we have to account the full size of the fragment.
skb->truesize can be very different from skb->len, that has
a very specific safety purpose.

Commit b4d2394d01bc ("dsa: Replace mii_bus with a generic host device")
replaces mii_bus with a generic host_dev, and introduces
dsa_host_dev_to_mii_bus() to support conversion from host_dev to mii_bus.
However, in some cases it uses to_mii_bus to perform that conversion.
Since host_dev is not the phy bus device but typically a platform device,
this fails and results in a crash with the affected drivers.

Don't ring the doorbell, and don't do PIO. This will also prevent
TX Push, because there will be more than one buffer waiting when
the doorbell is rung.

Remove calling cancel_delayed_work_sync() for runtime suspend,
because it would cause dead lock. Instead, return -EBUSY to
avoid the device enters suspending if the net is running and
the delayed work is pending or running. The delayed work would
try to wake up the device later, so the suspending is not
necessary.

In case that the IP header has optional field at the end, this patch will
get the port numbers after that field, and compute the hash. The general
parser skb_flow_dissect() is used here.
