Current asoc_simple_card_parse_daifmt is keeping backward compatibility
for bitmaster/framemaster which didn't use phandle.
The keep compatibility, it is checking prefix length, but it is
too strict. let's loosen it. Otherwise, OF-graph base sound card
which doesn't have prefix can't detect daifmt.

ALSA SoC needs to know connected DAI ID for detecting.
It is not a big problem if device/driver was only for sound,
but getting DAI ID will be difficult if device includes both
Video/Sound, like HDMI.
To solve this issue, this patch adds new snd_soc_get_dai_id() and
its related .of_xlate_dai_id callback on component driver.
In below case, we can handle Sound port (= port@2) as ID = 0
if .of_xlate_dai_id has its support.

In case cpu could not be found the error message would always refer to
/codec/ not being found in DT. Fix this by catching the cpu node not found
case explicitly.

OF-graph base DT binding are used on V4L2, and ALSA SoC is using
different style of DT today. Now ALSA SoC supports simple-card driver
for generic/simple sound card.
In the future, V4L2 / ALSA will support HDMI, and then, DT bindings
between V4L2 / ALSA should be merged.
This patch adds new Audio Graph Card which is OF-graph base of
simple-card

Current asoc_simple_card_parse_card_name() detects [prefix]name,
but in generally, we uses "label" for user visible names.

The clock needs to be stored in the simple_dai structure, so it can
be enabled later on. This has been broken during the conversion to use
devm_* functions for the clk lookup.

Current simple-card-utils is getting clk by of_clk_get(), but didn't call
clk_free(). Now we can use devm_get_clk_from_child() for this purpose.

Remove cpu/codec pointer check from asoc_simple_card_canonicalize_dailink()
This is verbose check, and will be issue if CPU name was created by
fmt_single_name() on simple-scu-card.c.

Add device tree property to define auxiliary devices to be added to
simle-audio-card.
Together with proper audio routing definition, this allows to use
simple-card in setups where separate amplifier chip is connected to
codec's output.

This patch synchronized simple card style to other simple card family.
Now, simple card needs to 2 type of buffer for dai_props and dai_link.
But, these used different style for buffer allocation.
This patch make these same style as other simple card family.
(= use kzalloc() for both)

rsrc-card which is using DPCM feature was created for Renesas sound.
But not only Renesas, but many SoC can use this driver, because
it is based on simple-card driver.
To use it as more open driver, rsrc-card will be renamed to
simple-scu-card. In order to easy patch review, as 3rd step,
this patch moves rsrc-card driver to generic folder.
