3d82a4d736 Input: add driver for power button on Dell Wyse 3020
This adds support for the power button attached to the Embedded Controller
on a Dell Wyse 3020 "Ariel" board.

The Embedded Controller's SPI interface is actually capable sending and
receiving the PS/2 keyboard and mouse protocol data, which looks like
a good fit for a serio driver. Howerver, I don't know of any machines where
this is actually used.

My board only has a single power button and no way to connect an actual
keyboard or a mouse. Using the atkbd driver with serio would be an overkill
and would be inconvenient for the userspace. Therefore this driver
registers an input device that is only capable of reporting the power
button presses and releases.

3c8a23c29d Input: gpio_tilt - delete driver
This driver was merged in 2011 as a tool for detecting the orientation
of a screen. The device driver assumes board file setup using the
platform data from <linux/input/gpio_tilt.h>. But no boards in the
kernel tree defines this platform data.

As I am faced with refactoring drivers to use GPIO descriptors and
pass decriptor tables from boards, or use the device tree device
drivers like these creates a serious problem: I cannot fix them and
cannot test them, not even compile-test them with a system actually
using it (no in-tree boardfile).

I suggest to delete this driver and rewrite it using device tree if
it is still in use on actively maintained systems.

I can also offer to rewrite it out of the blue using device tree if
someone promise to test it and help me iterate it.

Pull input subsystem updates from Dmitry Torokhov:

 - a big update from Mauro converting input documentation to ReST format

 - Synaptics PS/2 is now aware of SMBus companion devices, which means
that we can now use native RMI4 protocol to handle touchpads, instead
of relying on legacy PS/2 mode.

 - we removed support from BMA180 accelerometer from input devices as it
is now handled properly by IIO

 - update to TSC2007 to corretcly report pressure

 - other miscellaneous driver fixes.

6946416164 Input: add generic input driver to read encoded GPIO lines
Add a driver to read group of GPIO lines and provide its status as a
numerical value as input event to the system. This will help in
interfacing devices, that can be connected over GPIOs, that provide
input to the system by driving GPIO lines connected to them like a
rotary dial or a switch.

For example, a rotary switch can be connected to four GPIO lines. The
status of the GPIO lines reflect the actual position of the rotary
switch dial. For example, if dial points to 9, then the four GPIO lines
connected to the switch will read HLLH(0b'1001 = 9). This value
can be reported as an ABS_* event to the input subsystem.

This marks the driver as 'tristate' so it becomes possible to have
it in a loadable module, mainly to help with randconfig builds.

We also have to add a missing semicolon here, which ended up not
being needed in built-in mode because the following MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE
is an empty macro followed by another semicolon then.

Add DA9062 OnKey support into the existing DA9063 OnKey driver component by
using generic access tables for common register and bit mask definitions.

The following change will add generic register and bit mask support to the
DA9063 OnKey.

The following alterations have been made to the DA9063 OnKey:

- Addition of a da906x_chip_config structure to hold all
generic registers and bitmasks for this type of OnKey component.
- Addition of an struct of_device_id table for DA9063 and DA9062
  defaults
- Refactoring functions to use struct da9063_onkey accesses to generic
registers/masks instead of using defines from registers.h
- Re-work of da9063_onkey_probe() to use of_match_node() and
dev_get_regmap() to provide initialisation of generic registers and
