8ede56489e Documentation: filesystems: mount_api: fix headings 
Fix capitalization in two headings, correct one verb, and
demote one heading to a section heading.

- Adjust document and section titles;
- Some whitespace fixes and new line breaks;
- Mark literal blocks as such;
- Add table markups;

- Add it to filesystems/index.rst.
