Mordechay Goodstein	0179bfff97	iwlwifi: pcie: make iwl_pcie_txq_update_byte_cnt_tbl bus independent ... To avoid duplicating code we need to call iwl_pcie_txq_update_byte_cnt_tbl function from non bus independent code so make it bus independent. Mordechay Goodstein	0cd1ad2d7f	iwlwifi: move all bus-independent TX functions to common code ... After moving out all Tx fields not related to pcie-bus it's time to move the code to a common place. We also rename all pcie functions name to txq.
