Remove extra "is" from sentence explaining V4L2_CID_PIXEL_RATE may be used
to tell the pixel rate used by a transmitter driver. Also call
V4L2_CID_PIXEL_RATE a control.

While we have had some example drivers, there has been up to date no
formal documentation on how camera sensor drivers should be written; what
are the practices, why, and where they apply.

The media bus formats to be used on serial busses are documented but there
was no reference from CSI-2 documentation. Add that now.

them to the right place within the Kernel documentation.
