dfe981ffb9 MIPS: BMIPS: smp-bmips.c does not need to include version.h 
As 'make versioncheck' nicely points out, arch/mips/kernel/smp-bmips.c
has no need to '#include <linux/version.h>'. This patch removes the
unneeded include.
