d6e4b3e326 arch: remove redundant UAPI generic-y defines
Now that Kbuild automatically creates asm-generic wrappers for missing
mandatory headers, it is redundant to list the same headers in
generic-y and mandatory-y.

d4ce5458ea arch: remove stale comments "UAPI Header export list"
These comments are leftovers of commit fcc8487d477a ("uapi: export all
headers under uapi directories").

Prior to that commit, exported headers must be explicitly added to
header-y. Now, all headers under the uapi/ directories are exported.

f283801851 signal: Remove the need for __ARCH_SI_PREABLE_SIZE and SI_PAD_SIZE
Rework the defintion of struct siginfo so that the array padding
struct siginfo to SI_MAX_SIZE can be placed in a union along side of
the rest of the struct siginfo members. The result is that we no
longer need the __ARCH_SI_PREAMBLE_SIZE or SI_PAD_SIZE definitions.

26293b31f4 y2038: s390: Remove unneeded ipc uapi header files
The s390 msgbuf/sembuf/shmbuf header files are all identical to the
version from asm-generic.

This patch removes the files and replaces them with 'generic-y'
statements, to avoid having to modify each copy when we extend sysvipc
to deal with 64-bit time_t in 32-bit user space.

Note that unlike alpha and ia64, the ipcbuf.h header file is slightly
different here, so I'm leaving the private copy.

To deal with 32-bit compat tasks, we also have to adapt the definitions
of compat_{shm,sem,msg}id_ds to match the changes to the respective
asm-generic files.

4381f9f12e s390/syscalls: use generated syscall_table.h and unistd.h header files
Update the uapi/asm/unistd.h to include the generated compat and
64-bit version of the unistd.h and, as well as, the unistd_nr.h
header file. Also remove the arch/s390/kernel/syscalls.S file
and use the generated system call table, syscall_table.h, instead.

3cb8f11c5d s390: use generic uapi/asm/swab.h
clang doesn't like s390 specific inline assembler constraints. These
are present in our arch specific uapi/asm/swab.h which again is
required by some ebpf test cases.

For current compiler versions the generic swab.h already makes use of
gcc's builtin functions. Therefore we can simply remove our own header
file and use the generic one.

This will generate worse code if used with compilers before gcc 4.8,
which has no __builtin_bswap16(); or before gcc v4.4, which has no
__builtin_bswap[32|64](). For these cases a C implementation fallback
would be used which generates more code, but is still correct (170KB
extra code for gcc 4.3 with performance_defconfig).

However given that we need (and want) to get rid of the inline
assemblies anyway in order to be able to use clang, the above is just
a minor drawback if old gcc compilers are used.

With current compilers there is close to zero difference, except for
three btrfs bit functions which generate more out-of-line code. The
generated code looks still correct and also uses the s390 specific
byteswap instructions.

fcc8487d47 uapi: export all headers under uapi directories
Regularly, when a new header is created in include/uapi/, the developer
forgets to add it in the corresponding Kbuild file. This error is usually
detected after the release is out.

In fact, all headers under uapi directories should be exported, thus it's
useless to have an exhaustive list.

916cda1aa1 s390: add a system call for guarded storage
This adds a new system call to enable the use of guarded storage for
user space processes. The system call takes two arguments, a command
and pointer to a guarded storage control block:

    s390_guarded_storage(int command, struct gs_cb *gs_cb);

The second argument is relevant only for the GS_SET_BC_CB command.

The commands in detail:

0 - GS_ENABLE
Enable the guarded storage facility for the current task. The
initial content of the guarded storage control block will be
all zeros. After the enablement the user space code can use
load-guarded-storage-controls instruction (LGSC) to load an
arbitrary control block. While a task is enabled the kernel
will save and restore the current content of the guarded
    storage registers on context switch.
1 - GS_DISABLE
Disables the use of the guarded storage facility for the current
task. The kernel will cease to save and restore the content of
the guarded storage registers, the task specific content of
    these registers is lost.
2 - GS_SET_BC_CB
Set a broadcast guarded storage control block. This is called
per thread and stores a specific guarded storage control block
in the task struct of the current task. This control block will
be used for the broadcast event GS_BROADCAST.
3 - GS_CLEAR_BC_CB
Clears the broadcast guarded storage control block. The guarded-
storage control block is removed from the task struct that was
    established by GS_SET_BC_CB.
4 - GS_BROADCAST
Sends a broadcast to all thread siblings of the current task.
Every sibling that has established a broadcast guarded storage
control block will load this control block and will be enabled
for guarded storage. The broadcast guarded storage control block
is used up, a second broadcast without a refresh of the stored
control block with GS_SET_BC_CB will not have any effect.

e80d4af0a3 s390/pkey: Introduce pkey kernel module
This patch introcudes a new kernel module pkey which is providing
protected key handling and management functions. The pkey API is
available within the kernel for other s390 specific code to create
and manage protected keys. Additionally the functions are exported
to user space via IOCTL calls. The implementation makes extensive
use of functions provided by the zcrypt device driver. For
generating protected keys from secure keys there is also a CEX
coprocessor card needed.

3be8e2a0a5 perf kvm: Add stat support on s390
On s390, the vmexit event has a tree-like structure: between
exit_event_begin and exit_event_end several other events may happen and
with each of them refining the previous ones.

This patch adds a decoder for such events to the generic code and also
the files <asm/kvm_perf.h> and kvm-stat.c for s390.

Commands 'perf kvm stat record', 'report' and 'live' are supported.

d09a08e030 KVM: s390: add sie.h uapi header file to Kbuild and remove header dependency
sie.h was missing in arch/s390/include/uapi/asm/Kbuild and therefore missed
the "make headers_check" target.
If added it reveals that also arch/s390/include/asm/sigp.h would become uapi.
This is something we certainly do not want. So remove that dependency as well.

The header file was merged with ceae283bb2e0176c "KVM: s390: add sie exit
reasons tables", therefore we never had a kernel release with this commit and
can still change anything.

fd2c32a95b s390,uapi: do not use uapi/asm-generic/kvm_para.h
It turns out that S390 shouldn't use uapi/asm-generic/kvm_para.h since it
defines the functions in its non-UAPI kvm_para.h file.

#including <asm-generic/kvm_para.h> will first pick up
include/asm-generic/kvm_para.h, which defines conflicting functions.

Instead, partially revert commit 0420c87e648a3b623ad925038a0bcff2ef5a4bc9,
ungenericising this file and just inserting a comment to prevent the patch
