Update memory transaction descriptor structure to accommodate couple of
new entries in v1.1 which were previously marked reserved and MBZ(must
be zero).
It also removes the flexible array member ep_mem_access in the memory
transaction descriptor structure as it need not be at fixed offset.
Also update ffa_mem_desc_offset() accessor to handle both old and new
formats of memory transaction descriptors.
The updated ffa_mem_region structure aligns with new format in v1.1 and
hence the driver/user must take care not to use members beyond and
including ep_mem_offset when using the old format.

In preparation to add support to the new memory transaction descriptor,
the ep_mem_access member needs to be removed and hence even the macro
COMPOSITE_OFFSET(). Let us switch to using the new ffa_mem_desc_offset()
accessor in ffa_setup_and_transmit().
This will enable adding the support for new format transparently without
any changes here again.

The computation of endpoint memory access descriptor's composite memory
region descriptor offset is using COMPOSITE_CONSTITUENTS_OFFSET which is
unnecessary complicated. Composite memory region descriptor always follow
the endpoint memory access descriptor array and hence it is computed
accordingly. COMPOSITE_CONSTITUENTS_OFFSET is useless and wrong for any
input other than endpoint memory access descriptor count.
Let us drop the usage of COMPOSITE_CONSTITUENTS_OFFSET to simplify the
computation of total transmit and fragment length in the memory
transactions.

The Framework uses the schedule receiver interrupt to inform the
receiver’s scheduler that the receiver must be run to handle a pending
notification. A receiver’s scheduler can obtain the description of the
schedule receiver interrupt by invoking the FFA_FEATURES interface.
The delivery of the physical schedule receiver interrupt from the secure
state to the non-secure state depends upon the state of the interrupt
controller as configured by the hypervisor.
The schedule seceiver interrupt is assumed to be a SGI. The Arm GIC
specification defines 16 SGIs. It recommends that they are equally
divided between the non-secure and secure states. OS like Linux kernel
in the non-secure state typically do not have SGIs to spare. The usage
of SGIs in the secure state is however limited. It is more likely that
software in the Secure world does not use all the SGIs allocated to it.
It is recommended that the secure world software donates an unused SGI
to the normal world for use as the schedule receiver interrupt. This
implies that secure world software must configure the SGI in the GIC
as a non-secure interrupt before presenting it to the normal world.

The receiver’s scheduler uses the FFA_NOTIFICATION_INFO_GET interface
to retrieve the list of endpoints that have pending notifications and
must be run. A notification could be signaled by a sender in the secure
world to a VM. The Hypervisor needs to determine which VM and vCPU
(in case a per-vCPU notification is signaled) has a pending notification
in this scenario. It must obtain this information through an invocation
of the FFA_NOTIFICATION_INFO_GET.
Add the implementation of the NOTIFICATION_INFO_GET interface
and prepare to use this to handle the schedule receiver interrupt.
Implementation of handling notifications will be added later.

A receiver endpoint must bind a notification to any sender endpoint
before the latter can signal the notification to the former. The receiver
assigns one or more doorbells to a specific sender. Only the sender can
ring these doorbells.
A receiver uses the FFA_NOTIFICATION_BIND interface to bind one or more
notifications to the sender. A receiver un-binds a notification from a
sender endpoint to stop the notification from being signaled. It uses
the FFA_NOTIFICATION_UNBIND interface to do this.
Allow the FF-A driver to be able to bind and unbind a given notification
ID to a specific partition ID. This will be used to register and
unregister notification callbacks from the FF-A client drivers.

An FF-A ABI could support both the SMC32 and SMC64 conventions.
A callee that runs in the AArch64 execution state and implements such
an ABI must implement both SMC32 and SMC64 conventions of the ABI.
So the FF-A drivers will need the option to choose the mode irrespective
of FF-A version and the partition execution mode flag in the partition
information.

The transmit buffers allocated by the driver can be used to transmit data
by any messages/commands needing the buffer. However, it is not guaranteed
to have been zero-ed before every new transmission and hence it will just
contain residual value from the previous transmission. There are several
reserved fields in the memory descriptors that must be zero(MBZ). The
receiver can reject the transmission if any such MBZ fields are non-zero.
While we can set the whole page to zero, it is not optimal as most of the
fields get initialised to the value required for the current transmission.
So, just set the reserved/MBZ fields to zero in the memory descriptors
explicitly to honour the requirement and keep the receiver happy.

By virtue of being random enough to avoid collisions when generated in a
distributed system, there is no way to compress UUID keys to the number

it is not worth eliminating 4 bytes and add unnecessary logic for doing
that. Also v1.0 doesn't provide the UUID of the partitions which makes

Currently, the ffa_dev->mode_32bit is use to detect if the native 64-bit

memory ABIs, it is not dependent on the ffa_device(i.e. the partition)
itself, but the partition manager(SPM).
So, the FFA_FEATURES can be use to detect if the native 64bit ABIs are
supported or not and appropriate calls can be made based on that.

- Any implementation details exported by an implemented FF-A interface

now uses ffa_dev->ops directly, there are no other users for this.
Also, since any ffa driver can use ffa_dev->ops directly, there will be
no need for ffa_dev_ops_get(), so just remove ffa_dev_ops_get().

Currently ffa_dev_ops_get() is the way to fetch the ffa_dev_ops pointer.
It checks if the ffa_dev structure pointer is valid before returning the
ffa_dev_ops pointer.
Instead, the pointer can be made part of the ffa_dev structure and since
the core driver is incharge of creating ffa_device for each identified
partition, there is no need to check for the validity explicitly if the
pointer is embedded in the structure.
Add the pointer to the ffa_dev_ops in the ffa_dev structure itself and
initialise the same as part of creation of the device.

The ffa core driver currently assigns its own driver information
to individual ffa device driver_data which is wrong. Firstly, it leaks
this core driver information to individual ffa_device and hence to
ffa_driver. Secondly the ffa_device driver_data is for use by individual
ffa_driver and not for this core driver managing all those devices.

While we pass uuid_null intentionally to ffa_partition_probe in
ffa_setup_partitions to get the count of the partitions, it must not be
uuid_null in ffa_partition_info_get which is used by the ffa_drivers
to fetch the specific partition info passing the UUID of the partition.
Fix ffa_partition_info_get by passing the received uuid down to
ffa_partition_probe so that the correct partition information is fetched.

Fix the handling of MEM_FRAG_TX/RX SMCs when the full memory descriptor
does not fit in a single innovation of a memory sharing request.
The current implementation expects a FFA_MEM_SHARE/FFA_MEM_LEND
call to always receive a FFA_SUCCESS response, however in the
case where a full descriptor does not fit inside the partitions
TX buffer, the call can instead complete with a FFA_MEM_FRAG_RX SMC
to request the next part of the descriptor to be transmitted.
Similarly a FFA_MEM_FRAG_TX call currently only expects
FFA_MEM_FRAG_RX as a response, however once the full descriptor
has been transmitted the FFA_SUCCESS ABI will be used to indicate
successful transmission.
Update the existing code to match the expected behaviour.

As part of the FF-A spec, an endpoint is allowed to transfer access of,
or lend, a memory region to one or more borrowers.
Extend the existing memory sharing implementation to support
FF-A MEM_LEND functionality and expose this to other kernel drivers.
Note that upon a successful MEM_LEND request the caller must ensure that
the memory region specified is not accessed until a successful
MEM_RECALIM call has been made. On systems with a hypervisor present
this will been enforced, however on systems without a hypervisor the
responsibility falls to the calling kernel driver to prevent access.

Currently the arm_ffa firmware driver can be built as module and hence
all the users of FFA driver. If any driver on the ffa bus is removed or
unregistered, the remove callback on all the device bound to the driver
being removed should be callback. For that to happen, we must register
a remove callback on the ffa_bus which is currently missing. This results
in the probe getting called again without the previous remove callback
on a device which may result in kernel crash.
Fix the issue by registering the remove callback on the FFA bus.

The ffa_linux_errmap buffer access index is supposed to range from 0-8
but it ranges from 1-9 instead. It reads one element out of bounds. It
also changes the success into -EINVAL though ffa_to_linux_errno is never
used in case of success, it is expected to work for success case too.
It is slightly confusing code as the negative of the error code
is used as index to the buffer. Fix it by negating it at the start and
make it more readable.
