34022f0072 scsi: remove unneeded header search paths 
I was able to build without these extra header search paths.

Especially, the header search path -I. in kernel Makefiles is always
suspicious; it allows the compiler to search for headers in the top of
$(srctree), where obviously no header file exists.

dc2db1dc5f scsi: smartpqi: allow static build ("built-in") 
If CONFIG_SCSI_SMARTPQI=y then don't build this driver as a module.
