4c2b5e0fab m68k: Add braces to __pmd(x) initializer to kill compiler warning
With gcc 4.1.2:

    include/linux/swapops.h: In function ‘swp_entry_to_pmd’:
include/linux/swapops.h:294: warning: missing braces around initializer
include/linux/swapops.h:294: warning: (near initialization for ‘(anonymous).pmd’)

Due to a GCC zero initializer bug (#53119), the standard "(pmd_t){ 0 }"
initializer is not accepted by all GCC versions.
In addition, on m68k pmd_t is an array instead of a single value, so we
need "(pmd_t){ { 0 }, }" instead of "(pmd_t){ 0 }".

Based on commit 9157259d16 ("mm: add pmd_t initializer __pmd() to
work around a GCC bug.") for sparc32.

eb37bc3f85 m68k: Provide __phys_to_pfn() and __pfn_to_phys()
The defconfig build of m68k was failing with the error:
implicit declaration of function '__pfn_to_phys'

Other architectures have added <asm/memory.h>, but if we do so here then
we will also get redeclaration of some other functions. So it is better
to copy these macros into page.h.

0c7e59c46e m68k: define 'VM_DATA_DEFAULT_FLAGS' no matter whether has 'NOMMU' or not
Define 'VM_DATA_DEFAULT_FLAGS' when 'NOMMU' to pass compiling.

So move it from "include/asm/page_mm.h to "include/asm/page.h"

The related make:

  make ARCH=m68k randconfig
  make ARCH=m68k menuconfig
    choose cross compiler
    disable MMU support
  make ARCH=m68k V=1 EXTRA_CFLAGS=-W

The related error:

  security/selinux/hooks.c: In function ‘selinux_init’:
security/selinux/hooks.c:5821:21: error: ‘VM_DATA_DEFAULT_FLAGS’ undeclared (first use in this function)

9e95f7cdf5 m68k: set ColdFire MMU page size

88be351593 m68k: add ColdFire 54xx CPU MMU memory init code
Add code to the 54xx ColdFire CPU init to setup memory ready for the m68k
paged memory start up.

Some of the RAM variables that were specific to the non-mmu code paths
now need to be used during this setup, so when CONFIG_MMU is enabled.
Move these out of page_no.h and into page.h.

138ff3462f m68k/m68knommu: clean up page.h
There is a lot of common defines in the MMU and non-MMU variants of
page.h. Factor out the common stuff into the master page.h. It still
includes the underlying page_mm.h or page_no.h, but they only contain
the real differences now.

49148020bc m68k,m68knommu: merge header files
Merge header files for m68k and m68knommu to the single location:

    arch/m68k/include/asm

The majority of this patch was the result of the
script that is included in the changelog below.

The script was originally written by Arnd Bergman and
exten by me to cover a few more files.

When the header files differed the script uses the following:

The original m68k file is named <file>_mm.h [mm for memory manager]
The m68knommu file is named <file>_no.h [no for no memory manager]

The files uses the following include guard:

This include gaurd works as the m68knommu toolchain set
the __uClinux__ symbol - so this should work in userspace too.

Merging the header files for m68k and m68knommu exposes the
(unexpected?) ABI differences thus it is easier to actually
identify these and thus to fix them.

The commit has been build tested with both a m68k and
a m68knommu toolchain - with success.

The commit has also been tested with "make headers_check"
and this patch fixes make headers_check for m68knommu.

The script used:
