6aa7923c87 parisc: Enable seccomp architecture tracking 
To enable seccomp constant action bitmaps, we need to have a static
mapping to the audit architecture and system call table size. Add these
for parisc.

cf7a71b602 parisc: switch to using asm-generic for seccomp.h 
Switch to using the newly created asm-generic/seccomp.h for the seccomp
strict mode syscall definitions. Definitions were identical.

c90f06943e parisc: Wire up seccomp, getrandom and memfd_create syscalls 
With secure computing we only support the SECCOMP_MODE_STRICT mode for
now.
