Add the logic required to enable the compression service for 4xxx devices.
This allows to load the compression firmware image and report
the appropriate compression capabilities.
The firmware image selection for a given device is based on the
'ServicesEnabled' key stored in the internal configuration, which is
added statically at the probe of the device according to the following
rule, by default:
- odd numbered devices assigned to compression services
- even numbered devices assigned to crypto services
In addition, restore the 'ServicesEnabled' key, if present, when SRIOV
is enabled on the device.

Introduce support for devices that require multiple firmware images.
If a device requires more than a firmware image to operate, load the
image to the appropriate Acceleration Engine (AE).

Change the API and the behaviour of the qat_hal_start() function.
With this change, the function starts under the hood all acceleration
engines (AEs) and there is no longer need to call it for each engine.

Implement infrastructure for the Multiple Object File (MOF) format
in the firmware loader. This will allow to load a specific firmware
image contained inside an MOF file.
This patch is based on earlier work done by Pingchao Yang.

The functions kfree() and release_firmware() test whether their argument
is NULL and then return immediately.
Thus the test around the calls is not needed.
This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

Convert pr_info() and pr_err() log messages to dev_info() and dev_err(),
respectively, where able. This adds the module name and PCI B:D:F to
indicate which QAT device generated the log message. The "QAT:" is removed
from these log messages as that is now unnecessary. A few of these log
messages have additional spelling/contextual fixes.
