ab19066527 media: dt-bindings: Drop unneeded quotes 
Cleanup bindings dropping unneeded quotes. Once all these are fixed,
checking for this can be enabled in yamllint.

c6a43fb348 MAINTAINERS: Update email of Neil Armstrong 
My professional e-mail will change and the BayLibre one will
bounce after mid-september of 2022.

This updates the MAINTAINERS file, the YAML bindings and adds an
entry in the .mailmap file.

635e51f144 media: dt-bindings: media: Add bindings for the Amlogic GE2D Accelerator Unit 
The GE2D is a 2D accelerator with various features like configurable blitter
with alpha blending, frame rotation, scaling, format conversion and colorspace
conversion.

This adds the bindings for the GE2D version found in the AXG SoCs Family.
