c3c4ecb529 xfs: Enable bulkstat ioctl to support 64-bit per-inode extent counters
The following changes are made to enable userspace to obtain 64-bit extent
counters,
1. Carve out a new 64-bit field xfs_bulkstat->bs_extents64 from
xfs_bulkstat->bs_pad[] to hold 64-bit extent counter.
2. Define the new flag XFS_BULK_IREQ_BULKSTAT for userspace to indicate that
it is capable of receiving 64-bit extent counters.

38c26bfd90 xfs: replace xfs_sb_version checks with feature flag checks
Convert the xfs_sb_version_hasfoo() to checks against
mp->m_features. Checks of the superblock itself during disk
operations (e.g. in the read/write verifiers and the to/from disk
formatters) are not converted - they operate purely on the
superblock state. Everything else should use the mount features.

Large parts of this conversion were done with sed with commands like
this:

for f in `git grep -l xfs_sb_version_has fs/xfs/*.c`; do
	sed -i -e 's/xfs_sb_version_has\(.*\)(&\(.*\)->m_sb)/xfs_has_\1(\2)/' $f
done

With manual cleanups for things like "xfs_has_extflgbit" and other
little inconsistencies in naming.

The result is ia lot less typing to check features and an XFS binary
size reduced by a bit over 3kB:

$ size -t fs/xfs/built-in.a
text data bss dec hex	filenam
before	1130866 311352 484 1442702 16038e (TOTALS)
after	1127727 311352 484 1439563 15f74b (TOTALS)

a6343e4d92 xfs: avoid buffer deadlocks when walking fs inodes
When we're servicing an INUMBERS or BULKSTAT request or running
quotacheck, grab an empty transaction so that we can use its inherent
recursive buffer locking abilities to detect inode btree cycles without
hitting ABBA buffer deadlocks. This patch requires the deferred inode
inactivation patchset because xfs_irele cannot directly call
xfs_inactive when the iwalk itself has an (empty) transaction.

Found by fuzzing an inode btree pointer to introduce a cycle into the
tree (xfs/365).

xfs: support idmapped mounts
Enable idmapped mounts for xfs. This basically just means passing down
the user_namespace argument from the VFS methods down to where it is
passed to the relevant helpers.

Note that full-filesystem bulkstat is not supported from inside idmapped
mounts as it is an administrative operation that acts on the whole file
system. The limitation is not applied to the bulkstat single operation
that just operates on a single inode.

6471e9c5e7 xfs: remove the di_version field from struct icdinode
We know the version is 3 if on a v5 file system. For earlier file
systems formats we always upgrade the remaining v1 inodes to v2 and
thus only use v2 inodes. Use the xfs_sb_version_has_large_dinode

remove the need for the di_version field in struct icdinode.

ba8adad5d0 xfs: remove the kuid/kgid conversion wrappers
Remove the XFS wrappers for converting from and to the kuid/kgid types.
Mostly this means switching to VFS i_{u,g}id_{read,write} helpers, but
in a few spots the calls to the conversion functions is open coded.
To match the use of sb->s_user_ns in the helpers and other file systems,
sb->s_user_ns is also used in the quota code. The ACL code already does
the conversion in a grotty layering violation in the VFS xattr code,
so it keeps using init_user_ns for the identity mapping.

0df5c39b3e xfs: bump INUMBERS cursor correctly in xfs_inumbers_walk
There's a subtle unit conversion error when we increment the INUMBERS
cursor at the end of xfs_inumbers_walk. If there's an inode chunk at
the very end of the AG /and/ the AG size is a perfect power of two, the
startino of that last chunk (which is in units of AG inodes) will be 63
less than (1 << agino_log). If we add XFS_INODES_PER_CHUNK to the
startino, we end up with a startino that's larger than (1 << agino_log)
and when we convert that back to fs inode units we'll rip off that upper
bit and wind up back at the start of the AG.

Fix this by converting to units of fs inodes before adding
XFS_INODES_PER_CHUNK so that we'll harmlessly end up pointing to the
next AG.

Remove the verbose license text from XFS files and replace them
with SPDX tags. This does not change the license of any of the code,

detecting the difference between GPL-2.0 and GPL-2.0+ licenses)
is as follows:

$ cat hdr.awk

66f364649d xfs: remove if_rdev
We can simply use the i_rdev field in the Linux inode and just convert
to and from the XFS dev_t when reading or logging/writing the inode.

91fb9afc08 xfs: create inode pointer verifiers
Create some helper functions to check that inode pointers point to
somewhere within the filesystem and not at the static AG metadata.
Move xfs_internal_inum and create a directory inode check function.
We will use these functions in scrub and elsewhere.

bf9216f922 xfs: fix kernel memory exposure problems
Fix a memory exposure problems in inumbers where we allocate an array of

kernel memory contents (junk and all) into userspace.

08b005f133 xfs: remove kmem_zalloc_greedy
The sole remaining caller of kmem_zalloc_greedy is bulkstat, which uses
it to grab 1-4 pages for staging of inobt records. The infinite loop in
the greedy allocation function is causing hangs[1] in generic/269, so
just get rid of the greedy allocator in favor of kmem_zalloc_large.
This makes bulkstat somewhat more likely to ENOMEM if there's really no
pages to spare, but eliminates a source of hangs.

f7ca352272 xfs: create a separate cow extent size hint for the allocator
Create a per-inode extent size allocator hint for copy-on-write. This
hint is separate from the existing extent size hint so that CoW can
take advantage of the fragmentation-reducing properties of extent size
hints without disabling delalloc for regular writes.

The extent size hint that's fed to the allocator during a copy on
write operation is the greater of the cowextsize and regular extsize
hint.

During reflink, if we're sharing the entire source file to the entire
destination file and the destination file doesn't already have a
cowextsize hint, propagate the source file's cowextsize hint to the
destination file.

Furthermore, zero the bulkstat buffer prior to setting the fields
so that we don't copy kernel memory contents into userspace.
