98913408c5 docs: ABI: stable: make files ReST compatible 
Several entries at the stable ABI files won't parse if we pass
them directly to the ReST output.

Adjust them, in order to allow adding their contents as-is at
the stable ABI book.

c0f4979e90 RDMA/cm: Remove unused cm_class 
Previous commits removed all references to the /sys/class/infiniband_cm/
directory represented by the cm_class symbol. Remove the directory and
cm_class.

2d3c72ed50 rdma: Remove nes 
This driver was first merged over 10 years ago and has not seen major
activity by the authors in the last 7 years. However, in that time it has
been patched 150 times to adapt it to changing kernel APIs.

Further, the hardware has several issues, like not supporting 64 bit DMA,
that make it rather uninteresting for use with modern systems and RDMA.

3bd640b735 Documentation/ABI: update infiniband sysfs interfaces 
Add documentation for core and hardware specific infiniband interfaces.
The descriptions have been collected from git commit logs, reading
through code and data sheets. Some drivers have incomplete doc and are
annotated with the comment '[to be documented]'.
