tannerlove	8027bc0307	selftests/net: in timestamping, strncpy needs to preserve null byte ... If user passed an interface option longer than 15 characters, then device.ifr_name and hwtstamp.ifr_name became non-null-terminated strings. Jian Yang	5ef5c90e3c	selftests: move timestamping selftests to net folder ... For historical reasons, there are several timestamping selftest targets in selftests/networking/timestamping. Move them to the standard directory for networking tests: selftests/net.
