77cb7d3a4d mmc: sdhci-iproc: add bcm2835 support
Scott Branden from Broadcom said that the BCM2835 eMMC IP core is
very similar to IPROC and share most of the quirks. So use this driver
instead of separate one.

The sdhci-iproc contains a better workaround for the clock domain
crossing problem which doesn't need any delays. This results in a
better write performance.

Btw we get the rid of the SDHCI_CAPABILITIES hack in the sdhci_readl
function.

d0440c59f5 ARM: SoC cleanups for v4.1
We've got a fairly large cleanup branch this time. The bulk of this is removal
of non-DT platforms of several flavors:

 - Atmel at91 platforms go full-DT, with removal of remaining board-file based
   support
 - OMAP removes legacy board files for three more platforms
 - Removal of non-DT mach-msm, newer Qualcomm platforms now live in mach-qcom
 - Freescale i.MX25 also removes non-DT platform support

Most of the rest of the changes here are fallout from the above, i.e. for
example removal of drivers that now lack platforms, etc.

a5eb8bbd66 mmc: add Toshiba PCI SD controller driver
This patch resurrects an old never-finished driver for Toshiba PCI SD
controllers found in some older Toshiba laptops (such as Portege R100):

02:0d.0 System peripheral [0880]: Toshiba America Info Systems SD TypA Controller [1179:0805] (rev 05)

The code is fixed, cleaned up and successfully tested with SD, SDHC, SDXC and
MMC cards on Portege R100. (MMC cards don't even work in Windows!)
SDIO probably does not work (don't have any SDIO card).

The hardware is slow (around 2 MB/s - same in Windows) because it does not
support bus mastering (busmaster enable bit cannot be set in PCI control reg).
Also the card clock is limited to 16MHz (33MHz PCI clock divided by 2).

5d01b7684b mmc: simplify SDHCI Kconfig dependencies
We have a number of front-end drivers for SDHCI_PLTFM, some of them
use 'select MMC_SDHCI_PLTFM', others use 'depends on'. This is
inconsistent and confusing, and in one case has also led to a
build error because of incomplete dependencies:

warning: (MMC_SDHCI_PXAV3 && MMC_SDHCI_PXAV2 && MMC_SDHCI_BCM_KONA) selects MMC_SDHCI_PLTFM which has unmet direct dependencies (MMC && MMC_SDHCI)
drivers/built-in.o: In function `sdhci_sirf_resume':
:(.text+0xaaacb4): undefined reference to `sdhci_resume_host'
drivers/built-in.o: In function `sdhci_sirf_suspend':
:(.text+0xaaacf8): undefined reference to `sdhci_suspend_host'
drivers/built-in.o: In function `sdhci_sirf_probe':
:(.text+0xaaaf44): undefined reference to `sdhci_add_host'
:(.text+0xaaaf50): undefined reference to `sdhci_remove_host'

This changes Kconfig to use 'depends on MMC_SDHCI_PLTFM' for all these
cases, to fix the build error and make the logic more logical.

60a549fcda mmc: omap: don't select TPS65010
The MMC host driver should not select the pmic driver, since that
may have other dependencies, notably i2c in this case. It's not
clear what the exact requirement of the driver is, but to preserve
the behavior, this patch changes the 'select' into 'depends on',
meaning you now have to turn on TPS65010 explicitly and then
MMC_OMAP.

Found during randconfig build testing.

ec4422aca3 mmc: dove: fix missing MACH_DOVE dependency
DT-enabled Dove moved over from ARCH_DOVE in mach-dove to MACH_DOVE in
mach-mvebu. As non-DT ARCH_DOVE will stay to rot for a while, add a new
DT-only MACH_DOVE Kconfig. This slipped through the cracks and now is
a fix to allow to build Dove's SDHCI driver for mach-mvebu on v3.15-rc.

19b7f796c3 mmc: sunxi: Add driver for SD/MMC hosts found on Allwinner sunxi SoCs
The Allwinner sunxi mmc host uses dma in bus-master mode using a built-in

deals with sending stop commands in hardware which makes it significantly

ff0fa48f81 mmc: sdhi: Enable driver compilation with COMPILE_TEST
This helps increasing build testing coverage.

The driver doesn't compile on (at least) x86 due (possibly among others)
to missing readsw/writesw I/O accessors, restrict compilation to SUPERH
or ARM.

Whether the CTL_DMA_ENABLE register is part of the standard TMIO
controller or is Renesas-specific is unknown and impossible to test as
we have no current or planned TMIO DMA users other than SUPERH and
ARCH_SHMOBILE. Writing to the register is thus conditionally compiled
for SUPERH and ARCH_SHMOBILE only. Adding ARCH_SHMOBILE_MULTI to the
list would extend this to multiarch kernels, but would break the driver
for non-shmobile platforms if the register is Renesas-specific. We can
thus get rid of the conditional compilation completely without
introducing any further issue, and let future non-Renesas users deal
with the situation if it turns out to be a the problem.
