e0387320c3 ARM: spear: update clock source registration 
In d7e81c2 (clocksource: Add clocksource_register_hz/khz interface) new
interfaces were added which simplify (and optimize) the selection of the
divisor shift/mult constants.  Switch over to using this new interface.

4bd4894019 ARM: 6234/1: move SPEAr to use common mult/shift calculation code 
Since the infrastructure for determining shift/mult values from a
clock rate and a minimum programmable rate is now in the kernel,
lets remove this custom code.
