Convert the Renesas R-Mobile I2C Bus Interface (IIC) Device Tree binding

R-Mobile A1 and SH-Mobile have multiple interrupts.

According to the Hardware User's Manual, automatic transmission for PMIC
control (DVFS) is not available on the R-Car E3 and RZ/G2E SoC.
Experiments showed this really means that support for automatic DVFS is
not present, while the IIC automatic transmission feature itself is
still available, albeit not super useful.
Hence there is no longer a reason not to declare compatibility with the
R-Car Gen3-specific and generic versions, and the corresponding
paragraph can be dropped.

dt-bindings: fsl-imx-drm: fix example compatible string
...
The "#address-cells" and "#size-cells" are required only when the I2C
controller has subnodes. However, some I2C controllers defined in
"arch/arm64/boot/dts/amd/" and "arch/arm64/boot/dts/hisilicon/"
directories do not have child nodes. So they don't need these two
properties and don't write them explicitly.
Therefore, setting properties "#address-cells" and "#size-cells" as
"required" in this yaml file causes the following warnings:
/root/linux-next/arch/arm64/boot/dts/hisilicon/hi6220-hikey.dt.yaml: \
i2c@f7100000: '#address-cells' is a required property
/root/linux-next/arch/arm64/boot/dts/hisilicon/hi6220-hikey.dt.yaml: \
i2c@f7100000: '#size-cells' is a required property

Pull i2c updates from Wolfram Sang:
- if a host can be a client, too, the I2C core can now use it to
emulate SMBus HostNotify support (STM32 and R-Car added this so far)
- also for client mode, a testunit has been added. It can create rare
situations on the bus, so host controllers can be tested
- a binding has been added to mark the bus as "single-master". This
allows for better timeout detections
- new driver for Mellanox Bluefield
- massive refactoring of the Tegra driver
- EEPROMs recognized by the at24 driver can now have custom names
- rest is driver updates

This doesn't yet do anything in the tools, but make it explicit so we can
check either 'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties' is present
in schemas.
'unevaluatedProperties' is appropriate when including another schema (via
'$ref') and all possible properties and/or child nodes are not
explicitly listed in the schema with the '$ref'.
This is in preparation to add a meta-schema to check for missing
'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties'. This has been a
constant source of review issues.

The I2C controller in the JZ4770 SoC seems to work the exact same as in
the JZ4780 SoC.
We could use "ingenic,jz4780-i2c" as a fallback string in the Device
Tree, but that would be awkward, since the JZ4780 is newer. Instead,
add a "ingenic,jz4770-i2c" string and use it as fallback for the
"ingenic,jz4780-i2c" string.
