ASoC: adau1977: Fix reset-gpios typo
This change fixes a typo in the dt-binding examples (reset_gpio ->
reset-gpios).
Even though 'reset-gpio' is a valid construct for gpiolib the naming
'reset-gpios' is more suited for dt-bindings documentation.

4f14e3272f extended-controls.rst: split up per control class
The extended-controls.rst file had become too big. Split it up: each
control class reference gets its own rst file, and this file just
describes the Extended Control API.

Each control class reference is also moved up one level into the
table of contents to make it easier to find e.g. the codec control
reference.

Finally I rearranged the order so that all camera-related control
classes are grouped together, ditto for codec/jpeg and fm-rx/tx.

The ext-ctrls-codec.rst is still pretty big and it is a candidate
to split up further in the future, possibly per codec.

a7fe4ca72b media: v4l: Add 32-bit packed YUV formats

 V4L2_PIX_FMT_AYUV32
 V4L2_PIX_FMT_XYUV32

These formats enable the trasmission of alpha channel data to other

can be used by the Weston compositor to display as a texture or
flipped directly onto the overlay planes with the help of a DRM

c216477363 habanalabs: add debugfs support
This patch adds debugfs support to the driver. It allows the user-space to

It also enables the user to perform reads and writes through Goya's PCI

d91389bc83 habanalabs: add sysfs and hwmon support
This patch add the sysfs and hwmon entries that are exposed by the driver.

Goya has several sensors, from various categories such as temperature,
voltage, current, etc. The driver exposes those sensors in the standard
hwmon mechanism.

In addition, the driver exposes a couple of interfaces in sysfs, both for
configuration and for providing status of the device or driver.

The configuration attributes is for Power Management:
- Automatic or manual
- Frequency value when moving to high frequency mode
- Maximum power the device is allowed to consume

The rest of the attributes are read-only and provide the following
information:
- Versions of the various firmwares running on the device
- Contents of the device's EEPROM
- The device type (currently only Goya is supported)
- PCI address of the device (to allow user-space to connect between
  /dev/hlX to PCI address)
- Status of the device (operational, malfunction, in_reset)
- How many processes are open on the device's file

Add a driver for the MicroCrystal RV-3028. It is a SMT Real-Time Clock
Module that incorporates an integrated CMOS circuit together with an XTAL.
It has an i2c interface.

The driver handles date/time, alarms, trickle charging, timestamping,
frequency offset correction, EEPROM and NVRAM.

Since this documents multiple chips controlled by the isl1208 driver,
name it isil,isl1208.txt, as the convention is to use the base driver
name in the bindings document for drivers with multiple devices.

Include all chips supported by this driver in the docs. Make it
clear which properties apply to which chips.

Expand documentation for existing isil, evienb property to explain
operation in more detail. Existing docs just describe it in terms of
setting a bit in a register.

Refer to touchscreen.txt for generic touch properties. This avoids
duplication and we're using the generic code to parse these in the

3313da8188 Merge git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net
The netfilter conflicts were rather simple overlapping
changes.

However, the cls_tcindex.c stuff was a bit more complex.

On the 'net' side, Cong is fixing several races and memory
leaks. Whilst on the 'net-next' side we have Vlad adding
the rtnl-ness support.

What I've decided to do, in order to resolve this, is revert the
conversion over to using a workqueue that Cong did, bringing us back
to pure RCU. I did it this way because I believe that either Cong's
races don't apply with have Vlad did things, or Cong will have to
implement the race fix slightly differently.

f79b3f3385 ftrace: Allow enabling of filters via index of available_filter_functions
Enabling of large number of functions by echoing in a large subset of the
functions in available_filter_functions can take a very long time. The
process requires testing all functions registered by the function tracer
(which is in the 10s of thousands), and doing a kallsyms lookup to convert
the ip address into a name, then comparing that name with the string passed
in.

When a function causes the function tracer to crash the system, a binary
bisect of the available_filter_functions can be done to find the culprit.
But this requires passing in half of the functions in
available_filter_functions over and over again, which makes it basically a
O(n^2) operation. With 40,000 functions, that ends up bing 1,600,000,000
opertions! And enabling this can take over 20 minutes.

As a quick speed up, if a number is passed into one of the filter files,
instead of doing a search, it just enables the function at the corresponding
line of the available_filter_functions file. That is:

 # echo 50 > set_ftrace_filter
 # cat set_ftrace_filter
 x86_pmu_commit_txn

 # head -50 available_filter_functions | tail -1
 x86_pmu_commit_txn

This allows setting of half the available_filter_functions to take place in
less than a second!

 # time seq 20000 > set_ftrace_filter
 real 0m0.042s
 user 0m0.005s
 sys 0m0.015s

 # wc -l set_ftrace_filter
 20000 set_ftrace_filter
