ae36453a4b tpm: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it was merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

bd88328607 tpm/tpm_ftpm_tee: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

ftpm_tee_remove() returns zero unconditionally (and cannot easily
converted to return void). So ignore the return value to be able to make
ftpm_plat_tee_remove() return void.

2b7d07f7ac tpm/tpm_ftpm_tee: Fix error handling in ftpm_mod_init()
The ftpm_mod_init() returns the driver_register() directly without checking
its return value, if driver_register() failed, the ftpm_tee_plat_driver is
not unregistered.

Fix by unregister ftpm_tee_plat_driver when driver_register() failed.

dfb703ad2a tpm_ftpm_tee: Free and unregister TEE shared memory during kexec
dma-buf backed shared memory cannot be reliably freed and unregistered
during a kexec operation even when tee_shm_free() is called on the shm
from a .shutdown hook. The problem occurs because dma_buf_put() calls
fput() which then uses task_work_add(), with the TWA_RESUME parameter,
to queue tee_shm_release() to be called before the current task returns
to user mode. However, the current task never returns to user mode
before the kexec completes so the memory is never freed nor
unregistered.

Use tee_shm_alloc_kernel_buf() to avoid dma-buf backed shared memory
allocation so that tee_shm_free() can directly call tee_shm_release().
This will ensure that the shm can be freed and unregistered during a
kexec operation.

9f1944c23c tpm_ftpm_tee: register driver on TEE bus
OP-TEE based fTPM Trusted Application depends on tee-supplicant to
provide NV RAM implementation based on RPMB secure storage. So this
dependency can be resolved via TEE bus where we only invoke fTPM
driver probe once fTPM device is registered on the bus which is only
true after the tee-supplicant is up and running. Additionally, TEE bus
provides auto device enumeration.
