This adds an optional mdio bus child node. If present, the mac will
look for PHYs there instead of directly under the top-level node. This
eliminates any ambiguity about whether child nodes are PHYs, and allows
the MDIO bus to contain non-PHY devices.

Add a schema validator to nxp,sja1105.yaml and to dsa.yaml for explicit
MAC-level RGMII delays. These properties must be per port and must be
present only for a phy-mode that represents RGMII.
We tell dsa.yaml that these port properties might be present, we also
define their valid values for SJA1105. We create a common definition for
the RX and TX valid range, since it's quite a mouthful.
We also modify the example to include the explicit RGMII delay properties.
On the fixed-link ports (in the example, port 4), having these explicit
delays is actually mandatory, since with the new behavior, the driver
shouts that it is interpreting what delays to apply based on phy-mode.

Since a switch is basically a bunch of Ethernet controllers, just
inherit the common schema for one to get stronger type validation of the
properties of a port.
For example, before this change it was valid to have a phy-mode = "xfi"
even if "xfi" is not part of ethernet-controller.yaml, now it is not.

A few small fixes for v5.15, mostly driver specific but there's one in
the core which fixes a deadlock when adding devices on spi-mux that's
triggered because spi-mux is a SPI device which is itself a SPI
controller and so can instantiate devices when registered. We were
using a global lock to protect against reusing chip selects but they're
a per controller thing so moving the lock per controller resolves that.

The Vitesse/Microsemi/Microchip family of switches supported by the
Felix DSA driver is capable of selecting between the native tagging
protocol and ocelot-8021q. This is necessary to enable flow control on
the CPU port.
Certain systems where these switches are integrated use the switch as a
port multiplexer, so the termination throughput is paramount. Changing
the tagging protocol at runtime is possible for these systems, but since
it is known beforehand that one tagging protocol will provide strictly
better performance than the other, just allow them to specify the
preference in the device tree.

This replaces the existing .txt binding file. Furthermore, this
also helps with validating DTS files.
Introduced binding changes:
1. added inherited mac-address nvmem property
2. added inherited ieee80211-freq-limit property
3. added new calibration nvmem property
4. added second example (taken from the Netgear WNDR3700v2)
Reason: Setting qca,no-eeprom; takes presedence over
nvmem-cells. I think a different example is needed,
because the driver can only reads from one calibration
source per device.
5. (re-added) chip list (based on data from ath9k's pci.c)
Added binding .yaml to MAINTAINERS.

Another round of removing redundant minItems/maxItems from new schema in
the recent merge window.
If a property has an 'items' list, then a 'minItems' or 'maxItems' with the
same size as the list is redundant and can be dropped. Note that is DT
schema specific behavior and not standard json-schema behavior. The tooling
will fixup the final schema adding any unspecified minItems/maxItems.

Change the nodename in the example with spi-nand from 'spi-flash@1'
to 'flash@1' to make the schema uniform with both spi-nand and spi-nor
flashes. jedec,spi-nor.yaml uses 'flash@' nodename for spi-nor flashes,
so make the spi-nand examples in dt-bindings use it too for uniformity.
